“Into the desert in search of God and our true selves in this season of letting go”. During Lent this year we will be following the lectionary texts closely each week as we try to listen deeply to the biblical narratives and allow them to shape our holy searching in this season.
We begin with our Ash Wednesday gathering and then Matt will share some reflections on the lectionary texts for week #1. Elsewhere in the cycle we will have friend-of-the-home-community, vicar of Holy Trinity Headington and Area Dean Tim Stead with us as our guest speaker and all our other usual gatherings. There will be a joint all-age gathering on Mothering Sunday with the morning congregation of St Albans.
